Then all of the sudden I got stasis dermatitis on my legs. Then my urine looks green like every few weeks but they say my kidneys blood work is great. Does anyone else have anything weird going on. As of today I am 79.6 pounds down. Hope nothing elese pops up.

I had surgery on 2/21 and have been following my doet book religiously. The one thing i hated was the clear protein. I could not find anything that did not taste like chalk with a hint of flavor. That was until now. I took a trip to gnc because i could not do it anymore. I was introduced to isolate splash by revolution nutrition. It is delicious! Thought I would pass it on if anyone struggles with protein like me.

Hello- I'm actually on day 6. I am still in liquids (broth, shake, popsicles, yogurt- that's about it). Wondering when I should start checking progress on scale. I also am wondering about Vitamins. My surgeon told me to focus on the diet and start my Multivitamin. Can anyone share their Vitamin schedule with me-when are you taking Calcium, Biotin, d3, anything else? Hello, I am 4 days post op and am recovering well. I am having no problem getting liquids down and can drink and entire bottle Water in about 45 minutes. I do have some tightness and indigestion but nothing too severe. So my biggest fear is my sleeve is too big? Maybe the doctor didn't do it right? Am I being nervous and overly paranoid?

I am 11 days post op and I ate about 1 tablespoon of a moist but bland chicken salad yesterday and had a weird experience. I am wondering if what I felt was normal. It felt like a small pipe cleaner going down, I could feel the fibers in the back of my esophagus. I had to take micro-sips of water to push it down and then I got some pain near my left shoulder under my neck, it went away after awhile but still, how very weird. Is this normal? Will these feelings subside? Will I ever be able to eat more than a tablespoon of food?

While watching a youtube video, the user mentioned that people treated her differently after losing weight. People were nicer and she got a promotion even though she didn't change her work habits. So, my question is have you been treated differently once you lost weight? If so, how so? Also, has your dating life changed? Granted you weren't married prior to surgery. If you were married has losing weight had an effect on your married

Ok since my surgery on 2-20 I have been insatiably thirsty. I have heard before that when you feel hungry all the time your brain is trying to tell you that you need fluids. I just want to chug a gallon of ice cold Water. And I can't, it hurts just to take a few sips. When i try to eat other foods i have to force myself because all i really crave is water. Am i alone? Does anyone else have this crazy craving for water? hw - 260 Sw -250 Cw - 234

Howdy, I'm 5days post sleeve, and I'm able to sip an 8oz water + protein mixture down within 30minutes. Is this normal? Should I be worried of the ease of it all and stretching my stomach?

Morning Everyone! So I don't know about you but since my surgery my poop and gas smell worse than ever. Especially my poop. So while at Bed, Bath, & Beyond I decided to pick up a bottle of this as I had seen it advertised before and was curious but now really needed it to work. To my surprise it works perfect! So I thought it was worth recommending here especially for those of us who have spouses and family in the house Hope this helps someone!

Have been married 22 years. For a while when I was at my highest weight, my rings were too snug and then when I bit gw, they were way too loose. I mentioned to my daughter that one of my acquaintances had her rings resized after wls. She talked to my husband... My husband surprised me with resized rings that actually fit. I've dropped two ring sizes!

I miss food. Real food. I was sleeved 2/8/17 and have had a hard time transitioning to puréed. Nausea, feeling pains in the chest and left side. I want real food and have tried various foods but guess my stomach is still swollen. So they said back to full fluids for a while. I never thought it would be this hard to get my fluids and Protein in each day. All the shakes are disgusting and I just can't get them in the way I should. Has anyone else gone through this? Does it get easier at all? Guess I've hit the regret stage. I dream about food every night. And all I see if real food everywhere I look and it's just so disheartening.

Has anyone else tried these pure protein bars they are amazing they taste like a Candy bar. They are about 200 calories, 3 gms of sugar & 20 gms of protein. I'm extremely skeptical about their nutritional value if they taste so amazing. I I'm unable to eat mostly anything still without difficulty but these protein bars go down beautifully and satisfy me......... therefore they must not be good...... nothing in my life that has ever tasted good has been healthy so why would I believe this is good..... does anyone have any experience or research on these pure protein bars ?

For 2 weeks I've been picking at stupid things like animal crackers , pretzels and today I ate 2 small peices of chocolate. Maybe I'm getting frustrated maybe not . I didn't gain any weight but haven't lost either . How do I get back on track . I have gotten very careless . Is this normal ? I'm not even hungry when I do this . I kind of feel like the old me is creepin back

Anybody else can't stand the flavor or the texture of the Vitamins? I have both the chewables in the baratric advantage products. I'm not sure if I pick the wrong flavor of the calcium (caramel) but I can't stand it. That goes the same for the multivitamin I can't stand the texture and taste of chalky medicine. Before my surgery (12/22/17) they offered a liquid compound that took care of the calcium and Multivitamins all in one but they discontinued the product. What are y'all taking and what flavors y'all suggest?

I need some advice guys. I am 4 weeks post-op tomorrow. I had surgery done in Tijuana so I have very little guidance post-op. I should be in pureed/mushy food stage but the thing is, I HATE the way it feels to eat. I do get some hunger, it's just the way the food feel as it goes down it feels uncomfortable, gurgley, gassy . I have tried eggs, refried Beans, tilapia, cream Soups, and yogurt. Most days I only eat for one meal and so I'm still depending on Protein shakes for most of my meals. My question is, Is this ok? should I try to eat more often?
