Surgery August 12th.

Hi there,

I'm very new to all of this. I am 5'6 223. I have been cleared for surgery .

It is scheduled. I am terrified. I started my preop diet early but actually on the 29th supposed to start.

I live in Washington state and having my surgery done outpatient at Eviva.

I am not on hormones and have had a complete hysterectomy years ago. With that being said is anyone have the same situation.

I have pre open nutrition tomorrow, prop with the surgeon also this week.

I am such a nervous wreck I just want to cancel everything.

My insurance is covering it 100%. I have been looking instead to do the ESG. I am just so scared of all of it.

Anything anyone wants to share would be great. I have also been doing my exercise at least 3x a week.😊
