7 years post VSG to RNY

My 7th revision surgiversary recently passed and I wanted to provide a small update.

Everything is still humming along nice and calm. Weight is stable, habits are set and I am not complaining. I am grateful that life is uneventful and feels completely normal.

I haven’t taken many photos these days but here’s a few including my birthday cake. Cheers to another year!

      Thank you! I developed VSG complications about 1.5 yrs after surgery(GERD, stricture) and needed to be revised to fix them.

    My surgeon insists that the sleeve is the best option for me. Do you mind sharing why you needed the revision? Thank you. I am so happy for you that all is well! I hope I will be healthy and strong someday soon. Happy birthday 🎉.
