I was supposed to have a first date today (it's been at least a year since I've went on a date), but I was stood up.  I channeled my frustration into doing a new cardio and strength training video,   and actually made it through all 32 minutes of it!  I had sweat dripping off of me when I finished. Hopefully my efforts will be reflected when I weigh-in Wednesday morning, though finishing the workout was a non-scale victory itself!

starting this surgery they made it seem as though you cant eat or you will feel full however I never feel full just self-conscious that my stomach is stretching and I stop myself from eating. I've been having Breakfast essentials, I had them in the hospital and fell in love. I can "eat" like 2 of these in a day I love the variety chocolate flavors, also I was having creamof Soups and like broth but it literally made me want to throw up after day 4 and I ran out of shakes so I just didn't eat at all besides Water from day 4-6. I tried several different regular foods none of which went down okay like eggs, tuna, steamed fish, babyfood banana, a mushed up pancake, etc eventually I got to the point where I drink only water and then chew up and get the flavor out of food then spit it out (Nasty I know). Now it is like day 10 post op and I got more B.E shakes along with a $2 baby watermelon and a large Soup from the hot food section (its kale and chouico but I mainly put the liquid in the container) and an Avacado ( i figured I could mash it up)

THE AVACADO WENT GREAT! I was so excited it's my favorite food and it went down smooth and yummy!! with a little salt and lemon. YUM!!
the soup went down fine until I got a little potato by accident, oops. that hurt like f**king bloody hell!
The watermelon went great too I've been really craving fresh fruit! I just had to eat it extremely slowly. but loved

But I just feel like overall I've been trying too many different things and eating chunky things too early and im worried about weightloss and I don't know I just feel its too much any input?

6 months difference. Not great, but could be worse.
The suit in picture one is too big. I have another bathing suit
      Stats:
      Nov 27- 344lbs
      Dec 11 (surgery) 321lbs
      Today: 6 mon out: 264lbs
Concentrating now on my arms and stomach. I've lost a ton on my legs, starting to look lopsided. I never wanted to be top heavy with bird legs Lol

Some who have had this surgery are blowing me out of the water but.. who cares?
Slow and steady wins the race!

I am sure some of you are wondering about my date with the 3rd year med student. It's a one and done and I am honestly relieved. I was almost headed down a road I swore I would never go down again: dating a type. I would honestly rather find someone less ambitious and more on my wavelength of living simply with less material things. I reject the consumerist lifestyle and would rather live simply instead of being in the buy, borrow, and spend cycle. The stress of living this way was one contributor to becoming 366 pounds and profoundly diabetic.

Sorry this one wasn't a keeper, but now you've broken the ice and are back in the game. With your new self-confidence you'll be much more attractive. Hold out for the right fit! She's out there looking for you!
