Feeling like blah unmotivated impatient this lap band crap is confusing

Hi everyone! I'm a bandster and got my surgery in Jan 2022. I just got a fill today it's my third one I'm now at 6cc in a 10cc band. My doctor told me because I am tight I need to go on a liquid diet. Can anyone tell me is it normal to feel freaking hungry? I've had soup fat free yogurt water idk if it's more mental hunger or what does this mean the fill didn't do a damn thing this just sucks my son's baptism is in July and I want to loose another 15 pounds by then but I feel this fill isn't gonna do it ? But then I figure of course I'm hungry liquids just go right through and that I will really know if it's tight or not once I start solids..... Any advice suggestions thanks guys
