    Hi I had it aged 54 in Feb this year so only 7 months ago. It’s been dramatic the changes that’s for certain, I went through severe regret (apparently called buyers remorse) for a short spell but that passed quickly. I wish I had known that was coming as I was unprepared for it! I’ve lost 50kg so far and despite it being tricky at times I would do it all again if I had to. Ask anything you like 🙂
