Calcium Citrate

I'm on Day 15 post-op. I cannot find a calcium citrate supplement that I can tolerate. Either they are nasty powders that make me nauseated and too full or they're giant pills. My surgeon said that I must take 1500 mg of calcium citrate with vitamin D three times a day. Does anyone have one that is tolerable and will work long-term? 🤢☹️😭😫

    I forgot to add that I cannot have anything with palm oil in it.
