Breast lift and augmentation with brachioplasty

I have been considering breast lift (anchor lift) with augmentation since I lost so much volume. I've done a couple consults and both recommended extending the incision to the side of my breasts along the bra line since I have so much extra skin there. One surgeon asked if I had thought about doing my arms and though I wasn't there for that, I have given it thought in the past. Now it's all I can think about because I will be able to wear sleeveless or short sleeves, I've been very self conscious about my bat wings and always cover my arms. So I'm thinking about doing both but I'm very scared of the recovery time. Back in 2020 I had an abdominoplasty so it's not my first time for reconstructive surgery but at that time I was able to take 3-4 weeks off work. This time I can probably get 1-2 weeks, I don't have much time saved to get paid while I'm out. I work a job that is mildly strenuous at times, it's unpredictable, so I am concerned about the healing process.
Has anyone else done both of these surgeries at the same time, and what was your recovery process like? What was it like going back to work? I'm also concerned about the compression garments as I'm considering this over the summer and it gets hot as hades where I live. I'm wondering if I should wait for cooler weather?
