Hi everyone,
Liam here, 42 y.o, 5'9", and currently around 253 lbs. I’ve finally hit that point where I can’t ignore my health anymore. Between feeling constantly tired, out of breath with simple tasks, and seeing my doctor raise concerns about blood pressure and borderline diabetes. I know it’s time to make a serious change.
I work full-time and sit most of the day. Add stress eating, late-night snacks, and barely any exercise, and here I am. I want to do this the right way this time.
Any beginner-friendly tips, routines, or meal ideas are welcome. TIA
