Has anyone tried any Protein shake that's Cookies n cream flavored? What brand if so? Did it taste chalky? Thanks in advance.

I'm currently eating Body Fortress Cookies and Creme carried by Walmart and Kroger. It has a bland vanilla taste but a nice smell. I would not call it chalky. It has 3 grams of sugar. The chocolate flavor has 4 grams. The brands prescribed by the doctors seem to have 1 or 2 grams. This brand might not be acceptable for pre-op and post-op. I'm currently in PRE pre-op, trying to shrink down my stomach/get used to less food.

I use nectar sweets by Syntrax. Everything flavored I've tried by them was really good, they do have cookies and cream, definitely worth looking into

I did, don't remember what it was. Didn't like what I tried which makes sense because I can't stand oreos. Not sure why I even thought it was a good idea

I recently tried premier protein, it's pretty good in taste.

Try any of the Inspire brand protein shakes. They are the best I've tried during the past year. The Cafe' Bella is an awesome coffee substitute. Especially if you love your Starbucks coffees
