  5. It is. But really need to count at least calories because I am usually on the really low end and I have already been threatened with a feeding tube at least a couple times
  6. Okay, so I have decided to get back on to boat and starting measuring my food and counting calories and everything again beings I am eating more. However, I am not sure how to count all calories when I make something more than just one thing such a chicken breast, or such. So if I make a mixed meal like a casserole or something of the sort. Any suggestions?
  7. It is possible to be anorexic after surgery. They say usually it goes away after a couple months. I was way before surgery. And it is a hard cycle to break. I am a year and a half out and I still am. However, my intake has gotten better on most days. But before I was only getting 100 to 300 calories a day and was threatened with a feeding tube. 10. That's the thing I have already lost 118lbs. Most of the extra weight now is just the loose skin. I am at a healthy BMI. I am 5'3" and 139 just lack the motivation and anytime I set a date to start exercising again I get super sick and can't Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app
  11. I am having issues with the motivation to exercise. What does everyone do for motivation to keep exercising? I am a year and a half out and looking to try and tighten up some loose skin in my belly com thighs! Anything helps! 16. That's been something we are trying to work on. I have never been much of an eater. I even had to verify with my surgeon if the surgery was right for me because of it. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
  17. I have to say this post is so true! I am now just over a year out from being sleeved. I was threatened a couple times to have a feeding tube inserted due to only eating 100 to 300 calories a day at 6 months to 9 months out. I got better and didn't have to get the feeding tube. However, I still only get about 700 calories a day. My starting weight was 257lbs and I am now but 144lbs. I am currently in a stall but still working on it with my team. We are slowly getting there! Definitely want to listen to them! Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
  18. I am 32 years old, had the sleeve done 10/21/16 with a starting weight of 256. I have lost 113lbs. I have some loose skin in my thighs and belly. But that is about it. I am still working on that. It just all depends on your skin and how you exercise! Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
  19. High weight was 257 and now I am 147 as of today (surgery was 10/21/16). As far as food, water and protein intake go, I am not the best person to ask, I am still considered anorexic. I eat about 1 to 2 small meals a day. Just make sure you get what you need! Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
  20. I get that aspect. I lack calories massive. I am lucky if I hit 700 calories a day. My team is very well aware of this issue. I don't crave much of anything so to speak. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
  21. I am lactose intolerant. I can't handle much dairy and it got worse after being sleeved. I can barely withstand Greek yogurt anymore which I never really had a problem with. I have just started being able to sort of tolerate string cheese. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
  22. I tend to stay away from dairy due to being lactose intolerant. But I have found other things that I can still have. I am able to enjoy elk. Tried a little bit the other night and it was great. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
  23. Pinterest has a lot of different recipes of course. Which is where I got the idea to try them but I don't want to sabotage myself at the same time. I will probably ask my PA when I go in for my 1 year next month Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
