    Measuring food and weighing

Okay, so I have decided to get back on to boat and starting measuring my food and counting calories and everything again beings I am eating more. However, I am not sure how to count all calories when I make something more than just one thing such a chicken breast, or such. So if I make a mixed meal like a casserole or something of the sort. Any suggestions?

    Measuring food and weighing

It is. But really need to count at least calories because I am usually on the really low end and I have already been threatened with a feeding tube at least a couple times

Possible to be anorexic after gastric bypass?? Help...

It is possible to be anorexic after surgery. They say usually it goes away after a couple months. I was way before surgery. And it is a hard cycle to break. I am a year and a half out and I still am. However, my intake has gotten better on most days. But before I was only getting 100 to 300 calories a day and was threatened with a feeding tube. Motivation or lack thereof

That's the thing I have already lost 118lbs. Most of the extra weight now is just the loose skin. I am at a healthy BMI. I am 5'3" and 139 just lack the motivation and anytime I set a date to start exercising again I get super sick and can't Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app
  7. That's been something we are trying to work on. I have never been much of an eater. I even had to verify with my surgeon if the surgery was right for me because of it. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
  8. I have to say this post is so true! I am now just over a year out from being sleeved. I was threatened a couple times to have a feeding tube inserted due to only eating 100 to 300 calories a day at 6 months to 9 months out. I got better and didn't have to get the feeding tube. However, I still only get about 700 calories a day. My starting weight was 257lbs and I am now but 144lbs. I am currently in a stall but still working on it with my team. We are slowly getting there! Definitely want to listen to them! Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Starting BMI 40

I am 32 years old, had the sleeve done 10/21/16 with a starting weight of 256. I have lost 113lbs. I have some loose skin in my thighs and belly. But that is about it. I am still working on that. It just all depends on your skin and how you exercise! Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

Where are you 1 year post op?

High weight was 257 and now I am 147 as of today (surgery was 10/21/16). As far as food, water and protein intake go, I am not the best person to ask, I am still considered anorexic. I eat about 1 to 2 small meals a day. Just make sure you get what you need! Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Question

I have a question, does anyone eat fat bombs? If so have you found that they help you at all with cravings or hunger control? I don't find myself hungry during the day and only eat about once a day. Sleeved: 10/21/16 SW: 257lbs CW: 151lbs Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Question

I get that aspect. I lack calories massive. I am lucky if I hit 700 calories a day. My team is very well aware of this issue. I don't crave much of anything so to speak. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Question

I am lactose intolerant. I can't handle much dairy and it got worse after being sleeved. I can barely withstand Greek yogurt anymore which I never really had a problem with. I have just started being able to sort of tolerate string cheese. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Question

I tend to stay away from dairy due to being lactose intolerant. But I have found other things that I can still have. I am able to enjoy elk. Tried a little bit the other night and it was great. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Question

Pinterest has a lot of different recipes of course. Which is where I got the idea to try them but I don't want to sabotage myself at the same time. I will probably ask my PA when I go in for my 1 year next month Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Utah wls peeps

They actually take the time to listen to what you have to say and they have any resources you may need right there. I did have my surgery in Colorado last year, however, it can't hurt to try. I can give you any info on them if you would like. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

  22. I was given fentonal (iv) post sleeve, but never used it. Used toridol instead and left with liquid oxycodone that I never used either. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

    How many lbs

Exactly what they said! You don't want to set yourself up based on someone else's loss. If you're concerned on the rate of your loss talk to your surgeon. I have lost 100lbs since my sleeve in October 2016. I am 32 years old at 5'3 and my starting weight was 257. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
