are you guys documenting your journey on any social media like TikTok, instagram, facebook, etc?

I am not documenting my journey via any social media. I am documenting it privately and will post to Facebook in my Bariatric site where my like minded friends are located. That's all.

I haven't been sharing mine on social media, just keeping it low-key. But I do follow others who post updates. It's a good way to learn and stay motivated.
