  9. Yes I do feel better. And you guys are right, I can't compare myself to others. Although they make it look like magic, I've got to realize that most have been sleeved for a longer period of time. I was just hoping to keep up the momentum as in the beginning. I do need to take my eyes off the scale every week and maybe try every month. I thought I was behind everyone in their weight loss journey.

  16. I am 20 days out Week 1: spoonfuls to 1/2 oz Week 2: 1 oz 1/2 scrambled egg Week 3: 1 oz whole egg. No cheese Week 4: starting to get in 1.5 oz I measure everything and time my intervals of food and Water. I wait 50 minutes before I drink after eating. I wait 15 minutes after drinking to eat.
