I had surgery on 2/21 and have been following my doet book religiously. The one thing i hated was the clear protein. I could not find anything that did not taste like chalk with a hint of flavor. That was until now. I took a trip to gnc because i could not do it anymore. I was introduced to isolate splash by revolution nutrition. It is delicious! Thought I would pass it on if anyone struggles with protein like me.

I might try this, thanks!! I don't do well with the protein shakes so I'm all food now for my protein, but I'm always willing to try something new!
