Protien help

So I'm 5 weeks post-op and having trouble getting in protein looking for something I can mix with Crystal Light and not taste it any suggestions cannot deal with the protein shakes too thick and will not go down

You could try an unflavored Protein powder.

I use Isopure and it mixes well in decaf iced tea and Crystal Light. Great way to get your protein in.

I use syntrax necter lemon tea protein! You can add some lemonade crystal light or even the peach iced tea. I also will add real lemon juice. I didn't like many protein shakes, but I love this kind!


Try the genpro brand of unflavored Protein powder. I drank it in my ice tea and had no taste or texture changes. Only noticeable change was it did make the tea or crystal lite cloudy. You can buy it on Amazon.
