Stalls

I know stalls are normal, I had a pretty long one at 3 weeks, now I've been stalled again for 2 weeks, I will be 2 months post on the 28th. Did you have a stall around this time? How long was yours?

I will be 2 months post on the 27th. I am also in a stall at this point. I am trying to increase my calories some and see if that will help. Would love to hear some advice on this.

I will be 2 months on the 29th...which won't ever come since it is feb, so march 1! I have experienced 2 stalls. 1 at 2 weeks that lasted 2 weeks and one at about 6 weeks that lasted 8-9 days...with a gain! I'm still 32 lbs down since surgery, but I have to remind myself to look at the big picture! I broke my stall this time by sticking to only protein and drinking a ton of water. Pretty sure it was TOM related!

I stall SO much. I'm in a few weeks stall right now. I seem to be on a stall, lose a few pounds in a few days, and back on another stall for weeks. Definitely not a fun battle! Good luck on your stall and hopefully it'll pass soon :).

I also seem to lose weight only one time a month . I go back and forth with the same 2 pounds all month and then all of a sudden down 5 . The last 2 months I only lost 5 pounds Each month . I don't mind as long as I'm losing I guess
