Congratulations! What an accomplishment! My one year anniversary is in just a few weeks. I'm trying to break that 100 pound mark like you did. Great job!!

I feel life is a constant stall and bam, I'm down 5 pounds! Just remember that slowly but surely it will come off. I am down 80 pounds since last August (surgery 11/22) and it has been a struggle. I'm down maybe 5 pounds since April and I've had multiple previous stalls. All you can do is focus on the finish line and stay on track with your food/exercise. You will reach your goal :).

I can't believe that I'm down 50 pounds since surgery on 11/22/16. I'm down 62 since 8/3/16. Best decision ever! I feel so much better and I can't wait until I can see the difference in my body. However, my clothes do feel bigger and I can comfortably sleep on my stomach lol so wins there! I can't wait to continue this journey. Question: Does/has anyone experienced incision pain more than 3 months after surgery? Just curious as I joined a boot camp and things such as burpees cause pain in my incision site. Thanks! I stall SO much. I'm in a few weeks stall right now. I seem to be on a stall, lose a few pounds in a few days, and back on another stall for weeks. Definitely not a fun battle! Good luck on your stall and hopefully it'll pass soon :).

I've hit multiple stalls since surgery on 11/22/16. I go many days without losing weight. For example, in the past 30 days I've lost only five pounds and all five were in about a three day period. It definitely gets frustrating but I'm still averaging about two pounds of weight loss a week and I'm okay with that. I'm in the middle of a stall that has lasted about three weeks right now. Just patiently waiting for the scale to move :).

Today is a great day!! I am down 50 pounds since August and 37 pounds since surgery on 11/22/16! Also, I am in the 240s! I can't recall the last time that I was that low. My BMI is in the 39 range which is the first time under 40 in forever! Great day!

I set my appointment up today to go to David's Bridal on 2/4. I'm hoping to get someone very helpful that can help me with sizing down if necessary!

I've lost 33.4 pounds since 11/22 and almost 50 since August and I'm very grateful for it. I just wish I could see it more . Thank you for the kind words!

Hello everyone, So I had my sleeve put on back on 11/22/16. I was married back in April of 2016 and our wedding reception is in April of 2017 (it was a fast wedding due to my husband adopting my boys so we couldn't put a party together fast enough last year). I'm starting to stress out SOOOOOO bad over something to wear! I'm thinking I won't do an actual wedding dress but I still plan on going to David's Bridal and getting a similar dress (just fancy and white). I thought my weight loss would make a huge difference where April (5 months post-op) would be some type of reveal for me. I don't look like I've lost any weight and feel stuck. Any women have experience with this type of issue or a similar one? I don't know if I should go now to pick out a dress and have it altered closer to, or if I should just wait period. I don't want to wait too long where I can't get it altered. What should I do???? I'm so upset over this . I am patiently waiting for the day that I can feel the change in my clothing but I'm in such of a time crunch!

I've never been there and thought it was weird when I was told that they only have pizza and are just a real simple place. Hopefully they have more but I'll do just the toppingtoppings if not! Great tip!

So Monday evening I have to go out with a group of people at work to entertain a worker visiting from out of the country. The place is a pizza pub where everyone will be pigging out on pizza and beer! The place literally has NOTHING but pizza and I'm about 6 weeks post-op. This should be fun! Oh, did I mention that pizza has been my favorite food my entire life .
