My weight loss since august 2016

I was very excited and nervous, about getting my sleeve survey in august, and 5 months and 55 pounds lighter I can honestly say it has changed my overall health and perspective on many aspects of my mind and body. It is definitely a lifestyle change but if your dedicated to yourself and making the necessary changes it is a life changer! I rarely ever posted a "full body" pic because I was ashamed of what I saw but I finally feel now I'm ready!post-288871-14837620246669_thumb.jpg
