Why I just only lost 1 pound I'm 249 Suregy- .271 2 weeks from suregy 250 3 week 249 Wtf why am I stalling

Going for a pap test tomorrow. This has never been my favorite thing (like it's anyone's FAVORITE THING) but I haven't had one in a while and I'm quite nervous. Do you think the doc would object to me bringing my own robe? I'm wayyy too big for some tiny paper blanket and gown. Also, I'm so nervous about getting in stirrups... last time I did it, I was like 75lbs lighter. This is gonna be awful. Any tips, support - anything is appreciated... Also, have my psych eval Wednesday. I hope to get some answers tomorrow about where we go from here... wish me luck!

so...im 7 days out. feeling wonderful- the first day when i came out of surgery, i started to think "wtf have i done" cuz it hurt lol. but a couple days later, i was good to go. learning a lot about techniques to help with any pains i have, learning a lot about others too. went to the store, avoided the no-no stuff (cookie and chip aisle) but did happen to look down it from the main aisle...what i noticed was a VERY distinct difference between the kinds of people on each kind of aisle, something i never noticed before. i dont judge, but i found myself looking at those in the healthier aisle and going "i am working towards THAT kind of body". and im having cravings f…

Went on a date yesterday and seen one movies then sneak into 2 more I was straving and my boo no my case So we order chicken tender I chew it bits by bits and was only able to eat 2 chicken chicken then got very full I was surprised it went down also being full I look at him while he ate the rest of it. Have any of you ladies noticed an increase in eating around the time of your period?

I gather all my bills and started looking at the amount I owe. I owe under 8,000 but over 7,000 only 2 of the bills are over 1,000 but under 4,000. Instead of having someone throw it in my face how they are always paying the bills. I decided if my bills are due in the 1st week of the month. I will try to pay it off as long as I get to the mail box 1st. I don't want him knowing what I'm doing so he don't bitch & say well pay your own bills since you have money now. Remember I get 2 checks a month only the beginning of the month. He doesn't have in mind the names of the credit card bills I have or anything so he won't be asking if I got any bills. So I have been working out more lately, and not only is my sports bra not cutting it, but my tummy is bouncing all over the darn place. It makes me not want to work out because I am self conscious about it. Is it okay to wear shapers while working out? Will they make you itchy? Do they make work out gear just for big girls that will keep things in place? If they do WHERE CAN I GET THEM? So far all I can find is regular sports bras and shapewear at AdditionElle and Penningtons here in Canada. looking forward to hearing how yall other ladies keep the wobbly bits in place! Thanks

So far I lost 22 pounds I'm now 249 I want.to be 230 wen I start school next month Idk what I'm doing wrong that I'm not losing weight quickly I'm even excersise what going on it has been 3 weeks already feel like I'm stalling and getting real disappointed What should I.do

I was told by my doc to use 2 forms of BC after surgery, which isn't a prob... even though it kinda stinks. My question is how long do I need to use more than one? My doc didn't really explain that well. I tried to look it up but came out unsuccessful. Thank you!

My surgery was on June 8, 2012. I woke up the next day with horrible vaginal pain. It felt like I had been having sex for 48 hours straight. A few days later I started with surface bleeding. Now, I still have severe surface burning, itching, and pain. A small bump has formed above my clit. I have never felt such awful pain. Tylonal does nothing to help the pain. I am currently on an antiobiotic, I have used Monistat 1, vagisal (only helps for about 30 mins), peperation H (helps more than the vagisil), and cow salve (stopped the bleeding part of it). My pharamisists said my pro-biotics was probablly low. I am not chewing 4 Sustenex chews a day and increased my yogart intak…

I found out last night I had bedbugs..I went to the store and got bedbug spray, new sheets and laundry detergent since I was out. I put the new sheets on the bed and washed the old sheets and this morning I sprayed and inspected and sprayed some more. I live in Texas and I'm used to roaches. And they are bad enough but these things bite without provocation.

Didn't take out the rice with sausage from last night dinner. I was laying down on the bed. Jerk face comes in. Are you ok? As if he care. I answer I'm fine. You are never in bed at this time there must be something wrong with you. Why didn't you take out the rice? Slamming the bathroom door. Took the rice out slam it on the stove. I wouldn't be surprise if something crack on the stove. Slam the fridge the cabinets. Guess what? I have it recorded. I'm taking all that to court or w.e. I have to take it.

All, I'm 5 months post op and reading about others getting horny. I don't get it. I have no sex drive at all. My husband is wonderful and has been a rock for me and my family. He is the best partner, father and emotional support a gal could ask for. I find him to be adorable and handsome and sexy much of the time but have no energy or desire to do anything about it. We both have always led very stressful lives which may be the cause however I was hoping to feel the sexy horny thing but it's not happenin. Anyone else had this?

This may be stupid, but I have been married for 11 years and I have no clue where to start and have almost forgotten how to flirt! A friend and I went to a concert a few weeks ago and a guy said Hi! I said hi and kept on walking! She was like you DO know he was flirting! No I did NOT know! Lol. Had suregy August 6 had good days had. Bad I weight myself on Monday and lost 20 pounds I'm hearing a lot of stories about ppl losing 100 pounds in 4 months I will love to be one of those people cause they all I need to lose I would be 150 if I lose that my imagination goal.is to be 130 lol so hope I be that cross fingers. M losing weight in all the wrong places...went from a C cup to an A cup...Now I have pancake buns...What kind exercise can I do to tone my glutes??

Curious did any one else skip a period after surgery? I actually got mine a week after but now I am 2 weeks late and not sexually active so just curious if anyone else skipped periods. If I miss next month I'll advise my doctor but I can only assume my body is in complete shock and with all the new vitamins etc. my body is just not 100% yet.

Not too good was sick mostly all day Got sick off eggs then try to nap didn't work try yogurt before bed that the worst thing to do it did not hold in my tummy it gave me tummy pains and constipation omg never again I want to feel this awful hope tomorrow better

SOOO...i been on my liquid diet since last wednesday and i have noticed i been sheding some weight...just today i started feeling worn out and really hungry, tired, bad mood and just realized i started spotting...mother nature decided to visit at the WRONG TIME...i will be having my surgery next wednesday aug 15th and im a lil worried. HOW AM I GOING TO HAVE SURGERY NAKED IF im on my rag?? I havent had my period in a month and a half so im sure its gonna be a lil heavy by then...so how does that work during surgery...ahhh how embarrasing...just what i was worried about... HAVE any of my sleeve ladies had this issue during surgery??

Five days post op and I start my period. My last period was the fourth week of July then out of no where, bam! My period. WTF? My cycle has always been irregular, but this is insane. Can surgery trigger your period? So embarrassed. I didn't have any tampons with me or anything and wasn't well enough to go out so I had to ask my mother-in-law and thankfully, she had a box that I left at her house a few months ago. Never been so thankful I'm forgetful. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Am I the only one who thinks us larger girls have a harder time that skinny girls shaving. I mean we have more leg so we have more hair on that more leg It's just annoying. I hate having to shave my legs every 4 days in the summer .Do you ladies choose other options like waxing, weird cream stuff ect?Or do you just go au natural?

Now that I am thin and leaving the house more than I used to, I'm trying to update my wardrobe. The clothes part is going okay but I decided I wanted a pair of ankle boots to wear with jeans instead of my trainers or loafers. I have tried on ten or twelve pairs and all of them make my legs look like saplings growing out of a bucket. Am I trying on the wrong styles? Do I want a bootie instead (they all seem to have spiky heels which frighten me with their height). I don't want UGGs or western but something stylish with not too high a heel that kind of hugs the ankle but is loose enough to stuff in leggings or jeans. I am 57, 5'8" and weigh 137. I wear size 6 clothes …

So I should be done with my 6 month prep stuff by September and I'm stuck on whether to get the sleeve or bipass:/ I was set on a sleeve and so was my nutritionist and endocrinologist, but my psychologist (prep requirement to see the shrink lol) said my body just wants to be fat and I should do the bipass. GRRRRR now I'm confused! I am 270, and 5'4 I'm really thinking I'll be happy at 160 because I still wants some thickness and curves lol. What to do ughhhhh:(

Today is a week post op for me, I am still a newbie to the site but I thought I would put myself out there this way. I was around 70 pounds lighter four years ago when we started dating. He has made it known that the weight has been an issue for him. "Are you really going to eat that?" "You want more?" "Maybe we can work out together" "Is it your weight that makes you not want to have sex?" Before surgery sex was a chore for me.. When I thought about it, I got tired thinking about shaving my legs and the whole thing seemed like a chore. Probably because he wasn't so subtle with letting me know that my weight was an issue. Maybe my wheels are just spinning because I have sugery in 5 days, but I am wondering. Did everyone( women) feel comfy in their bra right after surgery? Do the bottom of the bra and the incisions meet at all ? I wear a 36 G so I go for all the bells and whistles with under wire, and push up and bla bla bla and if the incisions are high on the tummy where the under wire would sit I am curious if it is worth my money to quick but a soft bra for the trip and week or two of healing , or am I just being silly and bra and incision never meet ?

I am 46 and peri-menopausal. Have not had the TOM since January, but this month I very lightly spotted for a day. Barely noticeable. But man, the hunger I felt before that and a week after that day, was huge and hard to control! Can you still have phantom hunger when you have no TOM? I'm so hungry! One day, the thought of food turns me off, then another day, I'm famished. This also happens in the same day! I've been eating fruits, veggies, Protein and yogurt. Was told today and last night that I'm looking thinner! Had it done on the 27th . I started in jan seeing the docs I was 427# I'm now 350! My heavyest was 475# and I was a hot fat chick! Lol now I wish I could get laid right now lol!

I don't even like Gatorade or crystal light or simple ice tea I try green tea and like it and also try tomato soup and it was okay it taste like a bowl of ketchup lol. Hi ladies, Just curious if anyone takes or has taken Sam-e for depression? I am currently on HRT (hysterectomy), Synthroid (hypothyroidism) and Effexor (depression/anxiety/hormone balance). I made a goal for myself after surgery that I would start slowly getting off of these synthetic drugs and if I had to take anything at all for these conditions it was going to be natural. I have done research on Sam-e for a while now, but I am still not sure if I want to try it. I have weaned myself down over the last month on my Effexor to 1/2 of my prescribed dose but I know I can not go without anything yet. How do I know?
