I have complete control of there money I'm there mom,but no one is hungry thirsty with out clothes. He told me last night oh *****(his 33 year old son) mom is fat I rather have a fat woman that cooks then a skinny woman that don't. I didn't cook last last simply cuz I had left over chicken noodle soup. I feel he is happy with the new me but then says things to make me feel bad.

We've ate out at restaurants so he's seen the small amounts I've eaten and always take home the leftovers too. I told him I'm watching what I'm eating & have mentioned to him I've lost weight but haven't told him how much or how. Opinions??? Sent from my DROID RAZR using VST

Hey Ladies, So I have had PCOS for about 10 years... I haven't had a period in about that long..the only time i would get one is when my dr would have me take progesterone to force on on. But it wasn't a regular one on my own. I am a little over 2 1/2 months out and Monday I got my first real period on my own... this probably explains the sever moodiness the past few weeks that I couldn't figure out before. The last time I dealt with this was long I forgot what it was like. My only problem and question is how horribly bad it is! I know this is going to be TMI so i apologize ahead of time. I have to change my tampon less than once an hour.. and I"m using the strongest th…

  10. I know it's normal for your period to be irregular after surgery but seriously?? I'm just about 8 weeks post op and am on my period for the FOURTH time since surgery! Every two weeks I turn around and there she is again! I was on a normal cycle before surgery, am not on any type of birth control and haven't been for quite some time. The most frustrating part is the weight gain randomness... I finally broke a 3 week stall, past the 50 lbs down mark and then BAM I'm up 2-3 lbs again. FRUSTRATED!

I am so excited with my weight loss! I am a little over 1 month post-op, and before I started the pre-op diet, I was a small 24/3x. Today, I am already a regular 18/1x!! Woo Hoo!! Luckily I have saved all my 'smaller clothes' from when I was gaining and gaining, so I haven't had to buy any new clothes, but just the joy of taking a pair of 18s off the hanger that I hadn't worn in years, pulling them up with ease and buttoning them with awe, was an experience I had to share Yay!! Good luck to all of you on this journey! One day at a time!!

I didn't know where else to post this and it does have to do with WLS. The short version is my ex and I have been seperated for almost two years. We last spoke almost a year ago and I honestly never thought we wouls speak again. The other day we spoke on the phone for the first time in a year and long story short we've been talking about how we both want to see each other and see what is still there. The issue is my ex met me when I was big- I was around 350 when I met him and he is someone who is soley attracted to big woman. I have met a lot of guys who view it as a fetish but he was just attracted to larger girls as a preference which I understand. I didn't tell him I …

Have you found since surgery that your period cycles are different? Do you also find that you are a little more "hormonal" than you were before surgery. Thanks in advance.

So I'm getting banded at the end of December. I'm curious about something, if you are on the bottom during sex does it ever bother your port? My husband is a big guy. He is 6'4" and well built so I'm worried about the pressure on my port when he is on top. Is that a silly worry to have?

I had the lap band and I am now 2 1/2 weeks into my pills but I have been spotting to the point it's like I still have my period most days. I was on the pre op diet and lost 20lbs in 14 days and have been post op for 4 days and have really heavy spotting again. Is this normal or should I call my doctor??

I'm 46 and am peri-menopausal. I haven't had my period since January. I've since forgotten when you get the signals that you have your period. Do they come before? Do they come during the period or do they come after? I never remembered to write down my TOM schedule. The reason I ask is twofold. (if you're a man, get off this thread!) My breasts feel like they weigh 20 lbs each, my nips feel like they've been freeze dried and are about to crumble at the slightest touch, my abdomen is killing me. At what point of menstruation do these types of signals occur? BECAUSE... I notice my band feels "tighter" during this time. And I have gotten stuck more than I care to thin…

I'm sure that post op it will be the last thing I care about - in fact I will prob want to due to discomfort from what i am reading - but right now I have some anxiety thinking about passing gas in front of people - or within ear shot lol!
