I recently bought a nutri-bullet (I'm still pre-op) but I like the idea of getting my nutrients in and I think it will be great especially during the puree phase before solid food (and after).

It's the idea of whole food juicing, you can liquify fruits, veggies, rinds, skin, seeds, nuts, & whatever else u throw in there...I don't know if you've seen the infomercial. However, after about 3 weeks, I've noticed a lot of fuzz, especially around my edges where my hair was thinning (due wearing braids too tight and not caring for my hair). I'm not saying it's a cure and I'm in no way a specialist, but hair loss could mean you're having some kind of nutrient deficiency or deficiency in Protein?

Just an idea of a way to introduce some healthy and natural nutrients back into your diet. If it's protein, add a scoop of Protein Powder. Hope it helps :D
