YESSSSS!!!!! I have noticed the same thing. I couldn't laugh or sneeze without wetting myself. You hear all the good things about losing the weight...healthier heart and lungs, less strain on your joints, etc, but I don't think my doc mentioned relief from stress incontinence. WOOHOO!!

This is encouraging. I have surgery in 13 days and with the demands to drink 64 oz a day I am running to the bathroom all day... that is if I can make it to the 64 oz mark. And I don't always get there soon enough. Thanks for giving me another thing to look forward to!

Hi Leigha, I know it's been a while but how did the surgery go? are you still experiencing incontinence?

@danielrivera Surgery went great. I have struggled with fatigue and depression after the surgery but it is getting better. I am still finding 64 oz of water a day troublesome, but it is a little easier to make it to the bathroom in time. My biggest challenge now that the energy is returning is getting back into exercise.
