Yes and no, most days yes but some days I can't gag down any protein supplements to top me up...

I'm four months out..plus a little and I'm definitley getting my protein in without a doubt min of 70 grams and usually 80+, wokring out, taking all my vites plus Biotin, biotin shampoo/conditioner, the works....but hair is thinning a lot! It's scary, but I kknow from others that have had the surgery that it does come back. Mine has been a little wiry feeling, but diferent conditioners are helping.

I've been losing handfuls of hair for almost a year. I've been getting treated for hypothyroidism, and now I have much less hair loss, but it's growing in at different speeds. It's ugly. So my surgery is Tuesday, and I'm afraid I'll need to shave my head.
