2. Did anyone else STRUGGLE with dehydration and blood pressure (too low)
3. HI there! First, no, I never really drank alcohol after the surgery (had a daughter in 2009 and pretty much haven't drank since!) HOWEVER I do find myself slipping with soda pop, and other no-no's. I am currently 4m pregnant so the cravings can be SUPER intense and I have also come to be in a wheelchair for the time being, rendering me basically stagnant exercise wise. My only real advice is to remember how miserable life was before and DURING the surgery! After all that hard work and dedication you have to honor YOURSELF and make these changes PERMANENT! Otherwise whta was the piont!? (Plus, I REALLY love all my new cute clothes!!)
4. Oh yes of course! I am still being seen by the Weight Management Clinic and have a specialist with the High Risk OB/GYN unit at the same hospital. I guess I am hping for any day to day tips/tricks/advice. I am in a mild depression due to my failing physical health and the stress is just the WORST! I have tried flat sugar free gingerale and soda crackers but that does NOTHING to combat the INSANE nausea
5. Anyone have any large maternity clothing they are looking to pass along??
6. Highest weight 450lbs, current weight 220lbs! IUD went MIA and here we are. Having a phenomenally HORRIBLE go of it. The only time I am not quesy is when I am asleep, can't keep pills down, dehydrated...so worried about my choice to continue on...potential risk of harm to baby and self :'( Also have moderate-severe fibromyalgia and am now in a wheelchair since becoming pregnant. Anyone else have a rough go with POSITIVE results? Hints? Help!
7. Officially one year post op! Day of Surgery 336lbs! Today 220lbs! Highest weight 450lbs! Current weight 220lbs! Total Weight Loss 230lbs!!

9. as far as I can tell you can't access friends' daily goal info (other that total calories) but I am so thankful for those of you that have chosen to share those aspect of your journey! I find food and food choices have become such a major aspect of my daily life that very few people can relate and some even think it's an eating disorder (many people view calorie counting as negative and can't begin to understand the depth of importance of nutrient goals post rny)
10. that's awesome!! I know keeping it public makes me consider what I am eating knowing I am sharing it with all of you! keeping me on my toes and trying new things!!
11. would people re consider changing their privacy settings to show their food diaries? seeing all the different food choices people make could expand the choices I have, just a thought

18. I recently found a case of chocolate protein shakes at Costco "Premier Protein" (18 premixed shakes for $19.99) it has 30g of protein, 1g of sugar and 160cals. Just wondering if anyone has tried then or know if they are reliable source of protein?
19. start weight 400lbs current weight 260lbs twl 140!!
20. I am in the same boat, the holidays have always been my favorite due almost exclusively to the over indulgence of treats, this year has actually felt a little less festive without the constant baking and snacking BUT I have prepared my family for the low fat and sugar free menu including greek yogurt and fresh fruit parfaits, alcohol free mojitos (crystal light!!) and sugar free coffee cake for the grand reveal (dinner is grilled chicken skewers, butternut squash soup, quinoa stuffing and broccoli with unjury protein cheese sauce!)
