To avoid sweets but also to indulge, try Sugar free peanut brittle and /or milk chocolate from See's. Not the real thing but a small piece might satisfy. Works for me:)

I've taken a few nibbles and its been enough. Weird

I am in the same boat, the holidays have always been my favorite due almost exclusively to the over indulgence of treats, this year has actually felt a little less festive without the constant baking and snacking BUT I have prepared my family for the low fat and sugar free menu including greek yogurt and fresh fruit parfaits, alcohol free mojitos (crystal light!!) and sugar free coffee cake for the grand reveal :P (dinner is grilled chicken skewers, butternut squash soup, quinoa stuffing and broccoli with unjury protein cheese sauce!)

I hate the temptation but I have worked to hard and come to far to slack off or cheat.

Stay strong we can live with out

If you do then remember to work extra hard in the gym

I had the surgery not my family so I won't stop making what they love because I can't over eat. My menu is the usual Puerto Rican style rice with peas & roast pork in the oven & salad. New Years its a little more food. I eat a tiny bit but still enjoy time with my family.

Mmm that sounds good Mami... Can I come by? I live in Queens.

I had to start my liquid diet on Christmas Day believe it or not, and New Years is ruined since I can't drink... But I am looking forward to next year when I will be looking gorgeous!!
