I am tpn dependent and I have a g-tube for my medication waiting on home services for occupational physical therapy so I can basically relearn and build muscles again.

Unfortunately, I have like two more pages of diagnostic codes but those I think specifically apply. I'm sure a handful of others will probably caused as well by it, but I don't want to pick up that much

No, I had the home nurse come out yesterday which is great on YouTube, but I'm experiencing progressive muscle weakness pain. The real pain just comes from my stomach in a situation where thankfully my surgeon got me some protein powder cuz it's thicker cuz I can't defend liquids cuz it causes whatever to happen with esophagus. But if I do too thick then it causes a potential blockage like what happened right before I was released from the hospital. So I'm just waiting around the home services to finally take over. He's going to. We have appointments every two weeks moving forward like I know that the ending will be good but like right now I'm exhausted and everything hurts. Everything sucks just having a bad day but overall I have a good mentality like I had a great meeting with my therapist. I see him twice a day. Even when I was in the hospital. I had nice phrases written on my mirror to remind myself of positive things. You know I kept my blessings. I thank God but it's it's. Very overwhelming and I was not informed already and I have fought ought and advocated to get everything I need. But now moving forward hopefully my surgeon will but I even and Casey didn't. I sent all my medical records to my primary cuz Sarah stablished with Duke PS. Duke still has zero access to my medical records even though I brought it up in the hospital and if you look at what they have access to like I'd be like why the hell you doing home service with her. If you look at my updated documentation said I had two search pages and pop pages for you'd be like absolutely the speech. She needs it ASAP

Marco spent an hour and a half cuz I call my insurance cuz it's a free nurse line who sent me to telehealth who they immediately reviewed my record and the appointments kept getting canceled. Simple question, can I use a TENS machine? I found an old TENS machine I was like. This is brilliant my boyfriend. I get it. He's so overworked and tired and concerned. He's like don't you dare without consulting somebody so I didn't. But I just spent all this time just to get a yes that I f****** knew and like I love him and he loves me and he's trying to be supportive but like he's out 18 hours a day. Working and I don't know if he trusts me like cuz he hasn't seen how much I've moved to get the care I need but like I also tend to feel good and then overdo myself. But like man I'm doing the best I can. I told him today I was like treat me like a baby for the next few days and just give me positive sentences that you say to me please cuz look I'm going to have a breakdown
