  1. Today is the day that i find out if im qualify to have surgery!!! Wheeeew! Fingers crossed!!!
  2. I finally get to go talk to the wls about having the sleeve! Im terrified!!! Reason being, this is my second time meeting with him. First time he denied me because my bmi didn't meet qualifications. However; i was going through a rough spot..divorce that is, so i wasnt eating. I lost 30+ pounds. My original weight is 240+ so im hoping he approves me this time!!
  3. Did anyone have a Jp drain?
  4. Did anyone have a catheter? I read through a few things and I saw that the dr required a catheter because they will record your output every hour...I'm so terrified of that!!!
  5. Lol I think I will take two weeks off
  6. I'm just curious I'm in the beginning process...my app is for feb19 to meet with the surgeon to see if I qualify...I was wondering how long would I be off work I'm a CNA and I work in the hospital.
  7. Well I'm not to sure right now of how long it will be. I'm hoping I don't have to do one until two weeks before my surgery date.
  8. Finally I got a call this am from the surgeons office to let me know when my first consultation will be...yay!!!
  9. I was denied the first time by the actual surgeon my bmi was 39 and I didn't have any problems. My bmi now is 44 and I have been having pcos.
  10. I'm awaiting my first consultation with the dr to see if I can have wls again...so excited and nervous!!!
  11. Do they pay for wls? If so whats the qualifications?!
