  1. I had the same problem I am mostly a side sleeper Or on my tummy and at first it was very uncomfortable for me. There is no right or wrong time it won't hurt you as long as you are comfortable. It took me a little while to get bak to sleeping on my sides and stomach esp the side my stomach came out of
  2. 24 pounds is great in that amount of time! You are better off losing slow. I am a month an 25 days out and I am down 31 pounds now. I hit a stall for a while but once I started walking a lot a lot nd going back to the gym it really makes a difference along with gettig in your protein!
  3. Start doing crunches and sit ups? I am a month and three weeks out and I'm okay with everything else just terrified of doing crunches again help!
  4. Good job! How far out are you? I seem to be having the same problem
  5. I agree they really treat you so well and all are so helpful
  6. Just the regular visits with irina I didn't have any other pre op diet like I've seen on here
  7. Really?! That's awesome I had such a great experience with everyone. Miriam at the front desk in his office is such a sweetheart and I like that dr Chau is very serious. Made me feel confident that he's the one who would be working on my stomach. He loves when you ask questions too. Princeton hospital is beautiful honestly it looks like a fancy hotel lol the staff is also great. The night shift were a little harder to get in touch with but they let me walk around at night once and then when my family got there I could walk whenever I wanted and they let me leave the next day around 4. There's a nice big screen tv in your room and a pull out couch for family. Do you hve a date yet?

  15. That's great! I felt good 4 days out too with the occasional soreness. I think if you take it slow and have somebody with you it would be okay. My doctor advised me to walk as much as possible. If you feel it's too much for you you can always take breaks! Jus make sure you have enough Protein Shakes that day! Good luck
