I want to know too.

My surgeon said 4-6 weeks. When I started back at the gym, I worked with a trainer & he did more "passive" abdominal stuff for a while so I didn't really strain my abdominal muscles. However, I did crunches at home at 5 weeks out & just took it easy. Everyone is different. Just try to listen to your body & not overdo it.

I started bootcamp training with situps and crunches ( cleared by my dr) at 4 weeks out. he literally said to me : " You've been cleared for every kind of physical activity imaginable, so go work it out, and take advantage of these honeymoon months"

Thank you that's probably what I'll end up doing
