Hi ladies.!!!

How soon can you use a body shaper after surhery? I know you need to let your incisions heal before wearing something tight, but when will it be a good time to start wearing one.?

I'd guess something in the neighborhood of 6 weeks - since that's when most restrictions clear - with the caveat of "as tolerated". I brought my spanx back around week 12. They hurt a bit still before then. Generically I'd say "call your surgeon" but I suspect this is a bit out of their expertise. :P

Yes me too..!!

I woke up from surgery wearing one of those stomach binder things. Doc told me to wear it for 4 days. It was basically like a big stretchy stomach holder in thing.

Is this suppose to help w skin sagging?

No one really knows if it helps, but my theory is that it will *guide* the skin to stick close to the body as you shrink. It's worth a shot... plus tons of moisturizer and exercise! :D
