Ok I'm not drinking or doing drugs or anything but I swear ive replaced food with reading everything on this site!! Well....this site and facebook....facebook just feeds my Christian Grey/50 shades of grey obsession. I suppose these addictions are healthier than getting high or overeating..lol!!

I can't speak for every but I have found that what I read is low calorie, low fat, low carb, low sodium - pretty much all around healthy. The only thing it doesn't help with is getting my protein! LOL
