Hello! First of all I want to thank you for this incredible site. I really appreciate reading all the topics and knowing there are people out there with my same situation. Well I have been trying to upload topics in the forums and I have not been successful. Also when I set my settings it reverts back to the default settings. Help . . . What am I doing wrong?

I use the app on my iPhone daily as well as on my laptop and I See the same notifications on both. I'm suggesting that once the notifications are read or opened they disappear from the other device or are marked as read. For example, if I get 25 notifications and read all of them trough my app on my iPhone, when I go to my laptop later on, I still have those same 25 notifications showing up as if they were new. I wish that could be taken care of- it makes responding much harder for me.

I'm using the phone app and my text does not show up or the text in other posts. It's very strange. I have to close out and reopen. Anyone else?

Why isn't my BMI showing in my profile? I don't see a place to add it.

Where do you get them? There are a few I'd like to join (Washington state forum, etc) but I have no clue where to get this password the site is asking me for. Any pointers?

I'm getting so frustrated with my private message errors. I'm about to throw a big girl tantrum ( and It ain't pretty) When private messaging with friends it ALWAYS "breaks down" after a few back and forth exchanges. It will not show my new message, instead a "parse error" shows up and asks if I want to report the issue, which I do. I then have to go to my pc and read the message or start a new one.. Please help.

Several times I have changed my mind about responding to a post, or accidentally double post. A delete button would sure be nice.

One of the ads that are appearing on the site is filling the back button's history with it's web address. After a few minutes the entire back button history is full and it's impossible to go back. I noticed it happening with the forums & the blogs, though it seemed to happen more quickly in the blogs.

I'm having issues with the app using ipad. I can't select the buttons along the bottom.

I can't hit send, reply, or edit, etc, any functions if I'm not looking at the ipad in horizon mode. This might not matter to many, but I, like many, use a keypad with my ipad, which requires the ipad to be in landscape mode so I have to take it off the ipad and turn it, hit the button I want, then put it back on the keypad and type then take it back off and hit send.....This is frustrating

for the past 3 days, i haven't been receiving ANY emails from the VSG board - new posts - people wrote this or that is this going on for others too - or is it just "lucky" me???

Sometimes people say the most incorrect things on here or they are nasty or whatever. It sure would be nice to be able to "unlike" or "thumbs down" their comments. I can't be the only one who ever thought of this and I bet a lot of people would be for it. Or maybe they wouldn't. Seems to me having only a "like" buttons seems to slant things a little.

I recently switched from an android phone to an iPhone and there is a difference in the apps. I am only able to see the posters picture and name... No other information is available On my android I could see their information under their name Will this be updated/changed on the iPhone app? Thanks, Lisa

I just added a Before pic to the My Photos section, but for some reason, it shows sideways even though it was not taken sideways and shows the right way on my computer (not through VST). I was hoping to find a way to delete it, or even better, a way to rotate it, but these do not seem to be options. Can someone help with this?

Hi Alex, I'm finding it a little confusing to navigate the site and thought I'd ask for shortcuts or other ways people use LBT. I looked under the help topics (the forum) and could not find what I am looking for. For example, what are the different ways I can: 1. Review responses to posts (anything other than "notifications"? is there a "view replies" link or something else that shows by topic?) 2. Quickly get to the group view. (also, is there a faster way to get to the Group Discussion view? Hi there - when I am on the mobile app (I use iPhone) I see the threads of the group I created (February 2013 Bandsters) but when clicking on the topic I get a permission error that I am not authorized. Ideas?

I keep getting an error when I'm trying to send private messages, I've tried the app and the website, anybody else having this problem?

1) When I make a post I just get a plain box now. No choice for font, text color, emoticons, etc. 2) On my notification list I used to be able to check the box at the top right and it would check all the boxes next to my notifications. It doesn't do that now. 3)In a topic I can't see who is following the topic. I used to be able to see that. These are a few of the problems there are a couple more. They all started yesterday or day before. I even rebooted the computer to see if that helped. It didn't. Aynone else having these same issues? Open to any and all suggestions to get things working right. Thanks.

i cannot see my butterfly/ticker when logged in..although i can see it when i am not logged in i have used foxfire, mozilla, ie, windows 8, google chrome and its the same.. on my work pc, my ipad, my lap top and reg desk top at home any ideas as to why?

A person who has been posting on my thread has been suggesting that if I don't like being insulted and offended by her nastiness, that I, and others should block her. I use my iPhone. Could you please help me by showing me, and others how to block?

I am not receiving my email notifications to the forums I am subscribed to or my messages. I have checked my settings several times and it still doesn't work. I have also check my junk email and nothing is there either. What else can I do?

There is a warning about Java given out by homeland security. Java needs to be disabled temporarily. Hackers can do there malicious thing through it. When Oracle fixes it I will enable it again. Hello... I was just browsing through some old posts (using the "search" function), and I was thinking that it would be very helpful if near people's avatars on posts, if it would say, "Last posted on..." with the date of their latest post. It would help to know who is currently posting still, and who has moved on from the forum. Just a thought... Thanks.

Excuse me if there is already a post on this subject, but I was trying to search and filter the list of groups to find for example a certain age group... but whenever I click Age to sort by, it says there are no groups. Is there an issue with this function or am I just not doing it right?

I noticed that my patient info link and my surgeon is no longer listed under my name when I post in the forums. It was there... but now it's not. Did I turn something off? I've gone through my settings and all the info is there but those links are now gone.

Maybe if there were a thread area just for pictures..in the mobile app..like there is online..that would be awesome.

Hi there. I am not able to add my surgeon on my profile. The option to do it gives me a box. I type his name in and save, but it doesn't work. Any suggestions? Also, I have two "likes" on my profile. It is shown on a green bar on the top right side of the profile. What is this, and how to I see who has "liked" me? Thanks, Shannon

Hi all, Few days back I had posted that my ticker doesnt show the BMI. I realized later that it was because of my height. I'm exactly 5ft tall (153cm), so I entered my height as 5ft 0inches in the ticker setting. So the other day, I just tried changing it to 4ft 11inches, and the ticker showed my BMI correctly. I guess the ticker doesnt like a height with '0' inches Just wanted to post this here so that the tech group would know of the defect.. Thanks!

I was wondering if it is common to still be in pain 4 weeks after surgery? I get plenty of walking in and most days I get all my fluid and protein. I'm assuming that the pain is my actual stomach that hasn't healed yet??? And I was wondering if eating gets easier as time goes on? It's so uncomfortable to eat most things so I just like prefer not to.

I had complained about this a while back, when our outside tickers were taken away, and was told we would now be able to edit that date? I have tried twice since then, and still it says the date I update it. I am deleting it from my signature for now. Is there a timeframe when this will be fixed?

I have images I'd like to play around with on my Signature. How do I retrieve my images stored in "My Pictures" in the computer, so I can upload them to my signature? I tried copy and paste, doesn't work. They don't have a url. I've asked this question before but no one bites. HELP!

I have been having a conversation through private messages and when I went to reply, it disappeared and hasnt been back. I dont want this person to think I just stopped talking to him. I cant even go to his profile and click the "send Message" button anymore....If its a feature thats been removed...Pleae bring it back because people arent always on at the same time to be able to talk.
