Not receiving email notifications

I am not receiving my email notifications to the forums I am subscribed to or my messages. I have checked my settings several times and it still doesn't work. I have also check my junk email and nothing is there either. What else can I do?

    On July 09, 2012 at exactly 6:33 PM, you clicked UNSUBSCRIBE at the bottom of an email we sent you. I've removed your email address from our unsubscribe list and you should start receiving emails from us immediately.
