How do I delete this account and start a new one? Or change my email to a different email address ?

Every time I attempt to change my photo, I update it and click done. It changes for a moment and then the second I switch to a different page, it switches back like I never changed it. Help please.

I just wanted to post this here but I did use the contact us link on the bottom of the page to report the following: Quick post reply not working. Have to go into full editor mode to post. Add comment button not working when trying to comment on a blog post. Tested with both IE and Firefox. Thank you Alex for this wonderful site. I can't seem to find it or who had it but I thought I saw someone who had a myfitnesspal tracker in their signature. I was wondering how to do that, I can't find it on google search or forum search. Also how do I accept a friend request? When I go to the requesters profile, it says I already have them as a friend. But on notifications it says they are awaiting approval.

I created my ticker by going to my profile, clicking tickers and then clicking create new ticker. But now how do I update my weight?

Hello. I would like to stop receiving e-mail notifications altogether. The notifications on the site itself are great and I'd like to keep them on. I found the notifications settings page and I unchecked email notification for all of them. I hit save changes, the page reloads and... all of the boxes are rechecked! Argh! I've tried it three separate times now, last night and today. Am I doing something wrong? I use Firefox.

Is it possible to arrange the pictures in my gallery in chronological order? For example, I uploaded some AFTER photos last night and to my dismay, they placed themselves right in the middle of my pre-op photos. Is there any way to re-arrange them or must I create a separate album?

When I post on the forums this is what I get under my avatar to the left of the post. Group: Members Posts: 211 posts Topics: 9 0 warning points Gender: Male Patient Info:View my profile As you see it no longer shows my surgeon. What it does show is "0 warning points." Why? I checked in to the forum and it looked weird. I tried it in IE 8 and it looked fine, Firefox shows the mobile version like what an Android or Ipad would see through a browser. Boy this is ugly. EDIT: GAH! I found out how to fix it, but why it shows this option in DESKTOP Firefox is beyond me. Down at the bottom of the mobile forum page was a CHANGE THEME button, I reselected VST and now it's back to normal - whew! How the heck did I change that anyway?

I have had no trouble posting my avatar pic, but no matter what I do, I can't get a picture to post to the before category. I don't really have enough photos to create and album. I'd just like to get the picture to show in the before block. Can anyone help?

so im using an ipad 3 with a keyboard dock anyways ......ive tried everything on the keyboard and on the ipad itself but when i clicked into someones pic to enlarge it ..there was absolutely no way to bring me out of that screen and back to the forum ..i had to uninstall and reinstall the app ..not a big deal since it takes like 10seconds to do that but something that would be nice to avoid

How do I change my username? I am new & can't figure it out.

It is much easier to view before and after pics in a thread than it is in the gallery. Maybe there should be a forum just devoted to before and after pics? Just an idea... The pics are one of the things that motivate me the most and they are difficult to access them on here...

I'm still having problems as we discussed a few days ago. On threads that are short, I can usually see the reply box, although the ads are still stacked on top of it. However, if the thread is longer than 3 replies, I cannot get a reply box and I still have the ads stacked up at the bottom. Yesterday I couldn't reply at all and this morning, it's intermittent again. Help?

Hello All, Firstly I'd like to thank Lissa for sticking with me and providing me additional information to help resolve this issue! The code has been updated - but most users are going to need to make a small change on their end. You're likely using IE8 or IE9 with these issues. You'll need to click the "broken page icon" which is representative of Internet Explorers "Compatibility Mode". Once that's done, the odds are that you'll be viewing the site as it should be! Am I the only one experiencing this? When I start a new topic, it is fine, but when reading threads, the last few posts are all messed up in the ads, which have all piled up on eachother in the bottom center. There is not option to respond, or if there is, it's under all of the ads. Is there a way I can fix this? It started suddenly, about 2 days ago.

Hi, My surgeon and I decided on a different surgery; sleeve gastrecomy. I want to deactivate this acount so I can sign up to their boards/blogs as soon as possible. I contacted customer service but received no reply. I tried setting up a new account on the other boards but it won't allow me to since my email address is already in use with this one. I'd use another email address but the oned I'm using with this board is the one I use most. Can someone please help? Thanks!

I have done everything I can to make this website stop sending me emails. I have searched the faq's and have been told to do exactly what I have already done. I love this website, but am so close to completely just closing down my account. I have even gone so far as to completely change my email to one that I only use for junk mail. I get 10-15 emails a day with things like daily comments from people I really don't know and posts to some forum I commented on months ago. I am really frustrated and need some help before I just have to ditch this site completely. Thank you in advance
