It says my user name is taken but it won't let me sign in and I can't figure out what to do with it... it shouldn't be taken by anyone other than me. I have been on the regular VST on computer for several months... any ideas? maybe I'm just not doing it right??? LOL

Which App ? Android or Apple ? Are you sure you're clicking on LOGIN and not Register ?

Maybe you have to log out on the computer completely before you can log into the app?

No worries! You can be logged in to from anywhere with any device all at the same time.

Well on the computer I normally log in thru FB ... So maybe I need to actually register? Idk but it says my user name is taken daggumit!!! Lol

Alex I am having mucho problems with iPhone app...I keep getting the message, "you can't access private messaging system." I can't like anyone's post without logging out and back in then I get an email from you stating welcome vst.com...

how do u add the ticket factory.com on here, i will be adding the app on my iPad, but have to wait till hubby gets home cause i am so bad at remembering my password lol
