How Do I Update Surgery Information Section?

I can't seem to figure out how to do this...checked profile update and settings, etc. Please help.

Nothing there that will allow me to update the Surgery Information section.

I can't find it anymore either for some reason. I wanted to update my weight and it won't let me!

Go to top of page under your screen name on the right. Click on the down arrow and select "my patient profile" from the menu. Edit your profile but it looks like it's not working right now. They had some technical problems yesterday and this may be under maintenance right now.
