WOW! Mt Rubidoux! So proud of you! I heard its a challenge. I have never tried it but its my goal. I don't live far from there, maybe we can meet to conquer it together. I had my RNY on January 21, 2013 which in fact will be 2 months tomorrow but I have only lost 34 pounds. I thought I would of lost more by now. But I will give it time. Water and protein are also my struggle however I am trying all combinations to get my numbers up. Keep up the good work and if you ever need a walking buddy . . . let me know.

Hola! I am from California but in Riverside County. I was also wondering who is around me. I need workout buddies near me.

I have the soups or a salad. But def ask your doctor for the card. My doctors office actually gave me 2 and I keep the extra in my husbands wallet just in case I forget mine. The card is also an emergency card because it has my doctors contact information on the reversed side.
