I can't hit send, reply, or edit, etc, any functions if I'm not looking at the ipad in horizon mode. This might not matter to many, but I, like many, use a keypad with my ipad, which requires the ipad to be in landscape mode so I have to take it off the ipad and turn it, hit the button I want, then put it back on the keypad and type then take it back off and hit send.....This is frustrating

Oh wait, this is even more fun....I can't hit the subscribed or forums buttons without being in landscape.....

I'm pretty ticked off about this latest bug as well. We're working on getting it fixed.

The only way it works correctly is if the iPad is in portrait mode when the app is first run.

Work around:

1. Press home button

2. Double tap home and press and hold on VST app until it wiggles and then tap X (I.e. kill app)

3. Hold iPad in portrait mode (short end of iPad on top and bottom)

4. Run VST app again.

It's worse...or more bugs. Now it has to be in a specific portrait mode and it crashes every time I turn the ipad. I think I'm signing off for a while...it's really annoying!!!

We're in midst of redeveloping the entire app from the ground up. We're aiming to release this new app at the end of January, give or take a few weeks.

It's working now...how odd is that? Honestly I'm not a complete dork LOL I have the latest Ipad (is that a 3?) which I purchased in August. I'm on 6.0.1.

I went ahead and removed it again, cleaned out all of my history, rebooted, etc., and reloaded yet again. It appears to be better (I'm in landscape mode and it's allowing me to type). I'll fiddle around a bit and see how it goes.

Believe me, I know how frustrating it can be! At the moment, we outsource most of our app development to 3rd parties. We've brought everything in-house now and we're hoping to greatly improve the site and app experience overall.

I've been playing around. All features work just fine even that "send button" thing (where you had to hit enter to get the button to work) seems to be ok. Perhaps there was some interference from previous versions in my cache? (I don't speak computer my dear so that's all I can guess LOL).

If nothing else you got me to clean house And I'm happy to report an issue. I love the site so we have to support your efforts!

Glad it's not just My iPad. I have the ipad 2. Hope we get a better version ASAP. Now flip!

It's screwy again .

It's so bad now I have to reload a few times daily Alex. So bad I gave up today I finally did reload again, but it's getting a bit ridiculous. I hope you find the fix soon!
