Profile Info

I noticed that my patient info link and my surgeon is no longer listed under my name when I post in the forums. It was there... but now it's not. Did I turn something off? I've gone through my settings and all the info is there but those links are now gone.

I can't see it. And when I log out I can't see it. Hmmmmmmmmm.
