I noticed that my patient info link and my surgeon is no longer listed under my name when I post in the forums. It was there... but now it's not. Did I turn something off? I've gone through my settings and all the info is there but those links are now gone.

I can see both? Maybe your settings as to what you are viewing is wrong? I am being sleeved by Dr. Avarez on 1/18. :-)

Your right. It's there on your first post, but not the 2nd. Strange.

I can't see it. And when I log out I can't see it. Hmmmmmmmmm.

You won't be able to view that information when logged out. We have it disabled for Guests to keep the site running smoothly :-)
