Food Before and After Photos

  • Popular Post

Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

I haven’t ever seen coconut almond butter...does the coconut make you have to use the rr? (Which is a good thing for us sleevers )
Wonder if they have it at HEB here in Texas. I’ll look this weekend

And, yes, the extra fiber is helpful?

Sprouts might have something like that if HEB doesn't.

Last night i asked if they could replace the rice noodles with bean sprouts and ate 1/4th of an order (about 1 cup). My husband's full order is included for comparison. It was amazing! 20180724_191045.jpeg

*drool* This was an awesome choice and a super great idea!! I also bet making it at home, that spaghetti squash would be awesome, or maybe even zoodles? Shiritaki noodles also work great! Oh may have to make a pad thai-ish meal tonight!

Dios sound and look so good! May be several Pad Thai tonight and tomorrow.?
