Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

I'm putting my 2 cents in on the pizza madness. I've tried cauliflower crust, fathead crust, the Realgood" brand frozen pizzas BUT, this one is the best by a looong shot.

It's made with coconut & almond flour, vital wheat gluten (a Protein people!) and actual yeast. This thing rises and everything! Has a very similar texture to a chicago style cornmeal pizza crust.

lunch at Japanese by request of 4 out of 4 kids. No rice for me (just a tiny bit of it makes me violently sick). Fork picture is the after. I feel like I made it into the "Wheres the difference?" club.... am I right? [emoji23]

It was yummy though.20190121_140642.jpeg20190121_140856.jpeg

It was good!! But definitely more than I could handle. Was my first restaurant outing since my surgery. Asked for no cheese or croutons.
