Food Before and After Photos

  • Popular Post

Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

I agree! Baritastic is the easiest app I have ever used to log.

A friend of mine brought me some various flavored roasted Chickpeas. They make a tasty high protein, high fiber snack when you want something crunchy.

seems like its been a while since i've had one of my "big salads"....too much eat out and take out for the last little while...

anyhoo, a salad: 324 cals for the whole bowl.

romaine, carrots, tuna, chicharron, sesame seeds, wonton crisps, tartar sauce and vinaigrette.

looks like i ate about 3/4 of it.

I switched from baritastic to the “Eat this much” app/website. I like it better because sometimes decisions fatigue is real and it can plan my meals based on my allergies and daily macros (and load my groceries into instacart or Amazon) or I can add in my own food options. Also, I get more detailed information with regard to nutrition. (Pictures are nutrition info from yesterday)

It did take some getting used to and they do have a premium version but I can’t remember what the difference is between that and the free one. ?‍♀️

They’re great. I take roasted chickpeas when travelling or going away - easy to transport & a protein boost for the day. And a great option to serve if hosting drinks. Can be moreish though. Roasted fava beans are yummy too.

Zoo day (yesterday) and zoo food. Our zoo has several encounters and walkthrough areas- including kangaroos. It’s honestly one of my favorite places and I’d go every week if I lived a smidge closer.
