Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

Can you just maybe heat it up in toaster oven/airfryer to crisp up bottom? I always do that for "soggy bottoms"!?

I actually cooked it in the air fryer in a personal pizza pan elevated on a rack. I might try again just to be sure.

The first is imitation crab meat salad made with light mayo, gochujang, fish sauce, and soy sauce and tossed with orange peppers and kimchi. I ended up eating it over 2 meals and my kids pilfered my leftover nori from the first meal.

The second is a weird tart I made from fat free vegetarian refried black Beans, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and an extreme wellness spinach tortilla. Ended up eating 3 slices and the rest might go in the garbage because the bottom didn’t crisp and I’m not about to eat soggy tart. ?

I swear I ate. I swear it! The salad was Taylor Farms Roasted Garlic salad kit. It didn’t sit well and I wish it had because the garlic smelled so good!

Have you tried the one with the seeds? I'm wondering if they taste the same, cause I never tried the wheat^^.

That was the first one I tried, honestly I prefer the wheat.

Just pan fried the pepper steak dish on electric stove top. Browned steak first with a splash of olive oil - Set meat aside. Turned up heat to sear peppers and onions in steak drippings. Added steak back for serving. I'm sure this would work on the Weber. We have that model, too. Here's a beefy BQ rib eye steak, chicken + pork chops we grilled this past summer. They turned out delicious providing ample servings thru the week. Kept the sides light with roasted green beans, strawberries and slivered almonds. Also great for leftovers. Early in Covid our thread was really craving hardy. Can't wait to see your Weber creations! ;]
