The recommendation from my team is keep it simple at first, hold off on fancy sauces, marinades and sides. Your first solid food meals you probably won't even finish since a bite or two will fill you

soft boiled egg or soft scrambled egg (can't remember)

Mine was chili. It was glorious.
What was the 1st thing you had?
I am planning on 3ish gulf shrimp, pan seared with lots of garlic.
Or maybe a piece of whitefish, also seared with a dill cream sauce..
We will see how it all goes though, I am on my 1st day of very soft foods. had scrambled eggs this morning and lastnight I cheated a little and had some cottage cheese.. sofar so good.
