Food Before and After Photos

  • Popular Post

Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

Gosh that looks so tasty

Lol, I love how so many of us realize there’s no way we’re going to be able to eat all of whatever it is we’re having, and make sure to finish off the protein first.
It’s always comical to me to see the meat “missing” in the Afters bc I do the exact same thing ?

This is my third time cooking egg bites this way. What do you think? Would you try it?

In a muffin tin on the stove top?

No. Then I wouldn't. I would bake them just to make multiples. But I have my single egg puff down to about 3 minutes or work for breakfast using the microwave and that way it's fresh anytime I want it. :(

But it's a cool idea if you don't have an oven or don't use the micro!

I don't own a microwave and it was too hot out to turn on the oven, but i trying it because i was actively thinking about its use for camping and any type of outdoor adventures.
