Food Before and After Photos

Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

Those look totally tasty!! Do you have boo's undying appreciation for all you do for him? (microwave burrito indeed! well played!)

Thanks!

I do! Apparently my lunches are a thing in his office, people stop by to check out what he's brought ?

This comment also made me think, and realize that I'm in a really good spot in my life right now. Outside of work, I don't do anything, for anyone, that is not appreciated :)

Im not certain. They are a little crispy but i feel like commercial brands airpop/fry or some similar technology to get that light airy texture. Mine still feel like Beans just not as mushy.

What texture did yours have?

I bought the commercial brand, The texture is like corn nuts or potato chips.

I may finish the rest of this later. Keeping it classy with a paper plate. *no dishes tonight*

  • 7oz salmon
  • 2.8 oz French green beans
  • .2 oz sliced almonds.

@GreenTealael Always looking for new things to try. Thanks.

@GreenTealael - what is this and how is it made? :)

It was a microwaved egg ?

Is it a whole egg - how long do you cook it for and do you add any salt, milk or anything? I'm looking for a quick easy way to cook eggs and this might be great for me in the mornings.

Its just 1 egg (stirred a little) with any seasonings you want. I didn't add milk.

Microwave for 60 seconds max (30 check then 30 more if needed)
