I'm staying on plan today because when I lose 10 more lbs I will no longer be obese, just overweight.

I'm staying on plan today because the scale is moving in the right direction. I feel slim even if I'm not so that's enough to keep me focused.

ISOPTB: I just got my second fill today. It's dinner time and I'm not even hungry...

I was banded on 4/7/2008. After 2 weeks on liquids and creamy soups I lost 20 lbs. I started some chicken this week and when I got on the scale i GAINE 3 LBS. back. My endocrinologist did up my insulin slightly. I even got on the treadmill this week but showed a gain. Is this what others have experienced or just me? Very disappointed! I never wanted the scale to change direction on me after being banded.

I'm staying on plan today because I feel Great! I have great restriction and can't eat more than 4 ounces so the weight is now coming off...

I'm staying on plan today because that's the only way I will lose weight. I've got to look good in my bathing suit when I go on my cruise.

I'm staying on plan today because I haven't done very well the past couple of days and I am afraid the scale is going to move the wrong way when I weight in tomorrow.:huh2:

...in addition to myself...my children and husband are worth it. I won't do to my family what my parents did to us. (Both died of lung cancer in their 50s...) Addiction is not an excuse to kill yourself.

Wow...What an inspiration you are to me. Over 100 lbs. Way to go. I am just beginning my lap band journey...down 23 lbs. I started at 238 and now 215. I am looking forward to onederland.

I was wondering if you would share a typical day of eating for you. My goal is 145 and I just feel like that is so far from my reach. I am trying to focus on my success but when I think about how far I have to go, I get a bit overwelmed.

Did you ever hit a plateau? if so, after how many pounds lost and what did you do to get the scale moving again? Just needing some encouragemen before I become discouraged. Lol. Trying to be proactive here.

Thanks alot and again...CONGRATS on a job well done...Tasha
