What’s y’all’s take on the Wegovy pills? I know they assume they the same risks of thyroid cancer and such but I have to admit I have a Wegovy sample in my fridge I have been scared to do because of it being the shot more-so than the other things. Has anyone heard from someone who has taken them?

It’s essentially a higher dose Rybelsus. I don’t personally know anyone taking the oral version because it’s a daily commitment vs weekly but I imagine if a person doesn’t have access to refrigeration or like injections, this would be the best way to go. I guess the real question is how this affects our specific population since it relies on absorption in the digestive tract.
