I'm staying on plan today because that's the only way I will be able to feel thin again. I can't wait to lose weight so I've got to keep on moving that scale down.

I'm staying on plan today because I have 60 days until I leave for my cruise and I want to look good in my bathing suit!

I'm staying on plan today because I set a mini-goal to be at 220 by May 1. Looks like I'm going to miss that by about 6 pounds. Before you get excited about that, the goal was only a 10 pound goal to begin with.
